Yes, definitely submit this one! This is even much more widespread than the Sarah Palin 4pane!

I'm pretty sure it's NOT from the original "Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" manga but from one of its spin-off 4koma comics. I'm not very familiar with those and I can't locate any one of them from the internet because most results give this. I was trying to find the comic all night. I checked out all the pages in the original comic in One Manga. It's not there. It was frustrating actually but I guess it was worth it to assure that it's not from there.

I can't really say anything about the first two frames, but the last one originates from a Haruhi hentai manga. There's a point in the story where Kyon actually gets fed up with Haruhi abusing Mikuru and angrily punches her in the face.

I'd note the title right now, but I'm not sure it that's allowed since it's NSFW and all :|
