That video is actually a derivative of this meme so, technically, it already is part of an existing documented meme.
Though, metaphorically speaking, if it weren't part of any meme, FORCING it to be a meme on this site like you're suggesting is strictly something KYM doesn't do and forbids. You COULD force it somewhere else such as 4chan or YouTube and try to make it a meme but here, you'll have no luck. Metaphorically speaking. Though, seeing as it's already part of a meme, we won't have any problems here, right? Okay then.
