This meme stems from a comment troller "Endgame" the Gamefaqs R/S board, qoute: "HOT SKITTY ON WAILORD ACTION!"

While stupid at first, the meme has grown and has found a fanbase on Gamefaqs, Serebii.net, and various other forums. I would like to research further into this before I submit it as a meme. Will anyone join me?

It is also the name of a TV Trope.

The saying comes from the fact that in the Pokémon games, Skitty is capable of breeding with Wailord despite being ridiculously different from each other (not to mention the size difference, if you know what I mean "wink, wink").

I would offer help, but Ive never heard of this meme.
