Ok, back up. How'd it get classified as a Featured meme before it's even Confirmed?

Am I missing something important here?

This was intentional. We have confirmed that is IS a meme but we have not thoroughly confirmed all of the statements in the article. It was featured because it is timely and blowing up fast, so users could benefit from seeing it on the front page while retaining the disclaimer that it is still being evaluated.

The funny thing is, I found Binary in the featured section once.
It was gone the next morning, though.
