I was looking up some things about e-drags (which I think is a specific type of MAD) or 電子ドラッグ when I came across many that share the same character…

What is this I don't even.

Looks kinda like something out of Crayon Shin-Chan. Related?

Luckily, I recognized this character from a derivative video in the Pappara Dance article.

Her name is Nonowa-san (ののワさん). She is fan art of a character named Haruka Amami, the main character from a popular Japanese raising simulation game known as THE iDOLM@STER.

I knew immediately, though, that this was Japanese because her face uses this format: のワの (lit. Nowano)

I think she could be a noteworthy Japanese character meme. Do some more research about the character before making the article though to see if she really does deserve an entry. Good luck.
