Well, there is already an article about reaction videos, and the term "goatse" can be used for any site containing a shocking image, so… And why would it be "breaking"?

We usually only use the term "breaking meme" in order to describe a brand new meme that blew up practically over night, or an existing meme that there is urgent news about.
