This is pretty old now, but I remember there being a game on TV where two guys (Dick and Dom) ran around in public shouting "bogies", going from being very quiet to full on screaming. The one who could shout it the loudest won. Lots of people imitated them and then put the videos of them doing it online. Is this meme worthy? (It's definitely not a global meme, it's just british).
