I was editing my article, when I realised that it said that I need permission to use the Thumbnail image of the article. I’ve never seen this message before KYM 2.0, so will I have to change my image? It comes from deviant art, which the lincese of which says:

License To Use Artist Materials. As and when Artist Materials are uploaded to the deviantART Site(s), Artist grants to deviantART a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to do the following things during the Term:

to display, copy, reproduce, exhibit, publicly perform, broadcast, rebroadcast, transmit, retransmit, distribute through any electronic means (including analog and digital) or other means, and electronically or otherwise publish any or all of the Artist Materials, including any part of them, and to include them in compilations for publication, by any and all means and media now known or not yet known or invented ;

http://about.deviantart.com/policy/submission/

Does this mean I can use the image? I can’t make sense of the liscence.

Thanks for any help.

Hate to bump, but I don’t want me or KYM in any legal trouble.

Do you mean this image?

Do you have a link to where it sits on DeviantArt?
