+Penguin is the best thing
+Catwoman is in character (also ayy lmao eyes)
+Bullock is great
+Jim has a lot of cool stuff going on
+Balloon Man
+Carmine Falcone is interesting
+Not too grimdark or cheesy
+Not too much Bruce

Cons
-Fish Mooney is too hammy
-Cockney Alfred, mate
-Characters can be extremely dumb (how do balloons work?)
-Babara Gordon is irratating
-Montoya and her partner
-Namedroppy as hell
-Riddler

Anyway, I'm not entirely committed to this series yet (I'm actually a couple episodes behind already, oops). I friendly with this series, but I'm not quite sure if I wanna commit and bring this to relationship status yet. It doesn't help that I'm so focused on Arrow, Flash, and American Horror Story right now that Gotham might just fall to the wayside.

I do like what I see so far though. I appreciate the series not being so grimdark, Gordon and his partner are good characters that play off each other well. I also really like Fish Mooney and I adore the Penguin. I think my one biggest complaint right now is Alfred's character. Maybe this is just me growing up on the animated series but I love my Alfred to be witty and funny while also being the straight man and Bruce's mentor/guardian. Right now Alfred is just so… boring. For me this series is just missing that extra oomph to get me really invested.
