Villains (or rather antagonists) that completely stole the show.

Sometimes there is a show where the villain is the most memorable thing about it. It could be that they are more funny, interesting, cooler or sympathetic than the heroes.
Post some examples that you think that this applies to them.
I'll give you mine:

Doctor Ivo Robotnik.
This guy was the true star of Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog. He was so hammy that it must be seen to be believed. He was also very funny and sometimes I had some pity for him.

Dedede
This guy was ridiculous. Beyond ridiculous. But that made him so memorable. And then 4Kids gave him Southern accent.

So, what do you think?

Metal Face

This guy was the whole reason I watched a playthrough of Xenoblade and 50% the reason I'm buying the game for the New 3ds in the Summer when I get a job. That fucking metallic English accent combined with his appearance is too perfect.

Hazama/Yuuki Terumi

You might as well play Blazblue for this guy alone. Just… look up this guy. This is the LIVING INCARNATION OF TROLLING.

…BANE?

Seriously, this guy stole the entire goddamn movie. The main reason I understand why Baneposting is so popular is because of how excellent this guy's lines were.

Kuja

"Oh, you don't think I'm threatening because I look… flamboyant? Well, hope you hate this entire planet as much as I do!"
(Nukes world with Ultima)
…. But seriously. This guy is stronger than Sephiroth and more memorable (for me at least) than Kefka. Name another dude who looks like… THAT, yet you still get scared when you see him, all while he recites some elegant poem.

Solidus Snake

Was practically the only person in MGS2 who had concrete goals and a straight head. This, combined with his incredible depth of character, meant that he took all my credit in that game.

The Joker, The Wicked Witch of the West, & Ghirahim.
All three of them absolutely ham it up, making them a lot of fun to watch, and they all manage to be intimidating.
The Joker doesn't look like a guy with a plan, but all of his moves seem carefully planned out. He's unpredictable and Heath Ledger really made him seem like a complete nut, switching easily back and forth between serious and not so serious.
The Witch has that unsettling cackle. She's very determined to get the slippers and will set people on fire without hesitation.
Margaret Hamilton puts more energy in that character than any other villain I can think of.
Ghirahim says shit like this: "I'll make the affair so excrutiating, you'll deafen yourself with the shrill sound of your own screams."
He can grab your sword with his hand and he always seems a step ahead of you.
And he's hilarious because he has such a theatrical and dramatic way of talking.
All of them prove to me that quiet villains aren't always the most threatening.

Doctor Doom

A Doctor Doom issue/episode/etc completely takes the spotlight because Doom is Doom and his arrogance is very interesting whether it be that is it is funny how over the top it is or how it can intriguing to try understand how he is the way he is. He also has a cool design and amazing powers as well as making interesting devices and plotlines.

Colonel Hans Landa and Calvin J. Candie AKA Tarintino villains

Anyone who seen these films know why they are terrifying and evil villains but everyone will say how memorable and entertaining they were.

I don't even need to say much because most of the villains I fucking love were already listed above for me, but I'll go anyway.

Metal Face: Holy hell this is one of the best baddies in the history of ever. Like when I figured out he was in Smash I screamed like a little girl. Everything about him is perfect. The weird thing about Xenoblade is that most of the characters and plot elements in the game are cliche, but the game does all of the cliches right so it doesn't even feel like it's worn out. Like Metal Face is pretty generic at the core down to his generic evil voice (which is one of his best aspects), but he still ends up being amazing. I was only disappointed that he didn't get more screen-time. Like I understand how the game's plot progresses Metal Face can't be the main antagonist, but I just wish he showed up more. Then again, he shows up a lot. You do fight him like 4 times after all. And the cool thing is that every fight is unique so it doesn't feel like you're fighting the same boss every time. And you hate his guts too. Like he's definitely one of the most hate-able villain I've ever seen if not the most. You legit want to tear him to tiny shreds just like Shulk does.

Ghirahim: I don't think I should add anything because I have nothing to add that others haven't said already. He's just one of my favs.

Solidus Snake: This is a pretty unpopular opinion, but here it goes: Fuck the final bosses to MGS3 and MGS4, MGS2 had the best out of all of them. Alright, I may be exaggerating, but this is a severely underrated battle in my opinion. I don't know if I prefer it to MGS4, but it's damn good. The cutscene that plays before it is mind-boggling and the birds flying up in the background as father and son prepare to fight to death with swords, I can't help but feel chills. Everything about it is perfect and the the end to it is sooooo satisfying. Solidus Snake is best Snake. Liquid's a whiny little bitch.

Dimentio:

For anyone who's even played Super Paper Mario Dimentio is probably on their top 10 list of game bad guys without a doubt, and there's many good reasons why. For one, his quotes. People think Fawful was a gold mine but goddamn Dimentio.

Example: "Your blows are like tiny jackhammers wielded by tiny, angry road workers!"

And he's not all fun and games too. He's pretty evil too in what he does as well. Just quotes alone wouldn't be enough to make him as memorable as he is.

Dark Samus:

Everything from her design down to her actions makes Dark Samus amazing, and she never utters a word throughout two games. Her actions are all she really needs. In Dark Sammy's first appearance she doesn't do much, but her appearances are definitely the best parts of the game, especially the final battle. In the 2nd game, her presence is felt throughout the entire plot down to the end. In the first game Dark Samus just seems like some neutral and mindless force that gets in your way, but in this game, she is the embodiment of everything that is evil. She forces you to kill everyone you know and profits from it. Just like Metal Face, you really want this bitch dead.

Far Cry 3's Vaas Montenegro of course.

The interesting thing is, if it wasn't for Michael Mando's masterful performance, Vaas would've been reduced to a non-existant character. That's why he single-handedly made it to the cover (and the face) of the game itself and to a legend-tier status.

The 1985 film Legend from Ridley Scott would probably be forgettable if it wasn't for Darkness. Not only is he one of Tim Curry's best roles, but he's also an amazing work of visual effects makeup from the great Rob Bottin.

This show, (HunterxHunter) is absolutely riddled with fantastic villains and I highly recommend it to any anime fans, even if you're not a big fan of shonen (I'm not either, but I still thoroughly enjoyed it).

Anyway, my favorite villain from the show was a toss up between Chrollo and Hisoka, but Chrollo won out in the end because he's a more human villain with actual motives and goals.
