No. The FBI's not gonna crash through your ceiling and arrest you because you looked at cartoon/anime porn.

If this particular porn was of underage characters, then again, no. It's fictional porn, arresting you for that would be like arresting you for thinking.

Pretty much what SirBrownBear said. Nobody's going to arrest you for looking at porn. I'm guessing the majority of users on this site do it on a regular basis anyways. The only situation I could imagine you getting arrested for would be actively supporting and uploading CP, or something of the like.

Also, why was this moved to riff-raff? OP seems to be asking a serious enough question.
