Popup Adds

I was browsing the site, and my popupblocker activated. It’s done this several times since then.
Anyway, I chose to open the popup, and this is what it was:

Does anyone know what this is, and does anyone have a similar problem? I thought popup adds violate this sites add policy.

Yes! I got the same pop-up on my profile and on the Forum Boards page twice (in the last thirty minutes, no less)… Glad I’m not the only one.

It keeps happening. I purged my cookies in case it was something in that, but it still happens.
It’s only appeared on this site so far, so I assume it’s in the advertisements.

It’s been doing it to me as well. The same ad.

It’s appeared at least 5 times for me.

It’s extreamly annoying for me because I am browsing via phone incapable of Tabs… thus the page just suddenly switches to the popup! Dx

I have the same problem, but not many times in a day, and it’s a different ad. I’ll post screenshots when I get the chance.

That didn’t happen to me, luckily. But I got something related; you know how there’s video ads somewhere in the top corner? There’s these other ads that automatically play, like YouTube, except you can’t pause them. Not as annoying as the ads in the main topic, don’t even know how that can happen.

To clarify, who here is getting specifically a “Voice Five Survey” Popup?

Also, is this against the site’s add policy? I know autoplaying video with audio is. Still, I’ve seen some banners that forcibly expand onto the page before without your interacting with them.
What is our policy on these things again?

I’m getting them a lot in conjunction with the Cheez-it adds, if that’s helpful.
