Welcome to teh madness, yo.
You'll find the image URL of the image you want to insert into a post. You can usually find that by right clicking the image and hitting "Copy image URL." The URL should end with .jpg, .png, or .gif .
From there, you can put it in between two exclamation points like this.
!ImageURL.jpg!
