Use either !imageurl.jpg! or <img src="imageurl.jpg">, where "imageurl.jpg" is the actual link to an image.

Example:
<img src="http://media.tumblr.com/9486aa3b59e641b51d3384f4c91505d6/tumblr_inline_mphbp3YHFo1qz4rgp.png">

becomes
