Every day, for about 10 minutes at about 6:10 EST, the site shuts down for some reason. It's temporary, and I don't know why this happens. Do you?

Did I say "shut down"? I meant goes offline.
The site's always had that scheduled downtime. Most likely a cron job. Routine maintenance. Shouldn't be anything to worry about.
