Completely forgot about this, but one way to pretty much force comments to load is to tack on a "/comments" to the end of the URL.
e.g. http://www.knowyourmeme.com/memes/dolan/comments
I'm not sure, but I think it bypasses the JavaScript which is probably the root of the problem. The comments page uses a different layout, which means you can skip to older pages of comments easier by adding a "/page/x" to access them.

That has nothing to do with your computer. Try a different browser and see what happens.
