I can see it perfectly fine.
Perhaps your software drivers or whatever (I'm not a real technical person :|) aren't updated?
It's a really long gif, so my best guess would be that your browser or Internet connection is slow, and the connection times out before it can load. Try uploading it to imgur and see if you have the same problem there.
