What's with the +1 things???

I mean, +1 confirm and +1 deadpool are abvious, but what about all the other +1 things???

Okay, here's the story.

A little ways back, the admins decided we want 2 admins to agree a meme could be confirmed before it was.

We would post +1 confirms on the entries we thought were as good as they were going to get, if another admin agreed then it would be confirmed.

The users saw us doing this and they naturally copied with their own +1 confirms. They also have +1 works (which are annoying because they fail to mention what needs improvement) and +1 Deadpool (once again people should mention why).

Everything else is the individual user being "funny".
