Damn it Cite, I was going to post that. Also 30 miles is a long way, longer than it seems. I've done that once, and I had terrible blisters by the end of it. Make sure your shoes fit perfectly.

Two days. From Pompano Beach in north Broward County to South Beach, Miami. I will be packing light, to say the least.
And duct tape on the soles of my feet. #beprepared

Oh, 30 miles in two days, that's easy. I thought you meant in one day. Also, that sounds like an interesting trip, although all those artificial islands weird me out.
