Holo from Spice and Wolf. Great personality, I dig her voice, and she's beautiful to boot.

Arrietty from Secret World of Arrietty. She's a favorite mostly for the same reasons as Holo.

Kraft Lawrence from Spice and Wolf. I like his personality, his story, and he's handsome (no homo).
