Download PaintShop. It's almost as good, if not better. (ahem, and did I mention, it's FREE!

I'd recommend any Photoshop tryout ; it's just better than anything. If you're not interested in downloading the obvious best method for image editing, than I'd "suggest", not recommend, but I'd suggest GIMP.

I'd photoshop the image for you, but I'm honestly too lazy to do so.
