What is your favorite video game opening?

Mine would be this

Because the first time I listened to it was on a stormy night and I had my headphones on. Ever since I would come back to youtube and watch the opening every once in a while.

Kirby and the crystal shards, that and SSB were my favorite games in elementary school.

Sorry, but that is pretty much common knowledge here, so if you'd do us the favour of not lording your "knowledge" about memes over us that would be great. Since the vast majority know way more about memes than you do, you just end up looking like a jack-ass.

When I first heard that music and saw the car blast off- I was pumped, and I knew this was going to be one of the greatest games I would ever play.

I don't know if this qualifies as an opening, but it's at the beginning of the game and it's awesome.

I figured it out. My favorite VG Op would be Suikoden IV's but mostly because of the theme, "La Mer" which is my favorite opening theme from any video game.
