Unfortunately, Myau, not really, but what DOES count is using a DSemulator and getting nds files to play on your computer, as I have myself. They are very good, and I personally like Smugleaf out of all of the starters, even though fire types seem to be a trend in the "strongest" of the three, I fell that grass is the best this time around, plus Smugleaf bears a familiar resemblance to my personal favorite starter, Cyndiquil.
