You can use HTML or textile markup. The easy way is to copy the URL of the image, paste it into your post, and then put an exclamation mark at each end.
Like this:
! yourpic'surlhere.jpg !
Without the spaces, of course.

The HTML was is right above the reply box.
Like:
<img src ="http //i54.tinypic com/2j3343k.jpg">
But without the space between the = sign and 'src'.
And a non-edited URL.

<http://www.phunblog.net/media/TheLulz.jpg>

Replace the angle brackets with exclamation marks. Also, drop the semicolon.

Yeah. That also works.
I use it all the time when I don't have enough patience to type out the codes.
