This isn't the first time this has happend to me, but seriously, this needs to be fixed!

Happened to me once within the month I've been here. Just refreshing the page worked for me to revert it back to normal.

Happened on dA a scarce few times, too. Not too concerned about it, unless there are serious concerns that someone would kindly tell me about.

I didn't have this problem today. I didn't have it for quite some time actually.

Usually if this happens it's your own internet having trouble connecting.

It happens sometimes when your browser has problems downloading the stylesheet. A refresh should fix it.

I refresh, however I am still unable to use the Karma, Edit, or Delete funtions…

Aw well, if it's a problem with my network there is probably some way for me to fix it. Requesting lock.

^I am having the same edit and vote problem at the moment. It may just be that I have a bad connection as well.

I just refresh the page.

Click one of the buttons, you should see an error message telling you that you don't have permission to do that after the page refreshes, then wait until it has finished loading and try again.
