i was wondering how does one edit and delete forum posts after the 30 minute window is closed. i accidentally put in the same picture twice in a forum post and its driving me crazy and it wont let me edit or delete it at all. any assistance would be appreciated

You can't. After 30 minutes users can't edit or delete forum posts anymore.

If you want a post edited or removed though after that time, you can always contact a Forum Mod or higher and explain your reason. Digging through your recent forum posts, I can assume it was your latest post in the Cringeworthy thread and have deleted it.
