I keep trying to post photos on this forum, but it's not working. I've tried <img_src="(photo HTML here)" > and !_!.

They always turn out as small corrupted images.

The _'s are to make sure they don't turn into corrupted images like this-

Please help me, and sticky this if it gets answered so new members know how to post images.

hmm there's no bracket around img source, it's just:

! imageurl ! (no space between)

or in html:

<img src="imageurl.jpg">

the textile says : Textile & HTML OK: , , ,

< b >, < i >, < a href="" >, < img src="" >

without the big spaces.

When you create/edit an entry you have a little line of text, in red, called "(Click here for Textile instructions)". If you click on it, you have a basic depiction of some codes to use.
You also have "Textile formatting tips (advanced)". If you click on the "advanced" thing, you will have a long list of all the working codes for any kind of style/thing you would want to add on an entry.

so your image ends with .jpg

How about now?

Try a different image. Like:

(NO SPACES)
