Ok. I have a plan.
Those with image editing privileges can go into the gallery and edit the tags for really unfitting images and add "remove cringe"
That way it will be easier for image moderators to actually delete stuff, they can just go into the "remove cringe" tag and delete stuff in it. It could also be a general gallery management tool, just make it "remove reaction face" or whatever it is.

This will require some cooperation and unlocking of the gallery (can't edit tags right now) but it just might work.

A similar idea was also brought up in this thread.
