Don't be impulsive, you don't have to buy something now. If you found a 5 dollar bill in your wallet you wouldn't go out and buy something you didn't really need right off the bat.

Honestly? Save it.
And if you can't do that and there are no really fun tiny games you want (Castle crashes goes on sale for 90 cents regularly etc.) finish a badge or something. Cards for most games are like 10 cents, and you get half of them already. It gives you steam levels, bragging rights, and a fun little icon to annoy your friends with.

But seriously, save it.
