All Toasters Toast Toast is a phrase from a cutscene in Hotel Mario, one of the infamous Philips CD-i games published by Nintendo. Like many memorable phrases from the CD-i games, this phrase has made its way into many YouTube Poop videos and became a staple of the YouTube Poop community.

Origin

In 1994, puzzle game, Hotel Mario, was released for the Phillip CD-i, one of several CD-i games published by Nintendo as part of an agreement with Philips^[1], a diversified technology company based in The Netherlands. The game itself was widely was panned and is considered one of the worst Mario games of all time due to its unresponsive controls and repetitive gameplay. However, like Zelda: Wand of Gamelon and Link: The Faces of Evil, the game became known for its humorous full motion video (FMV) cutscenes, including the All Toasters Toast Toast scene.

With the rise of YouTube, came a group of Youtubers, like SuperYoshi^[2], who made comedic video mashups using and editing pre-existing media sources. These YouTubers are often referred to as Poopers^[3]. It wasn't long before poopers started using cutscenes from the Nintendo published CD-i games, like the All Toasters Toast Toast scene in their videos. Soon these cutscenes became one of the most popular media sources used in YouTube Poop videos.
