Angry Robotnik/ Double N*****

This meme (mostly referred to as Double Nigger or DN)is a comic-based one that simply involves Dr. Robotnik spewing obscenities. It is based on a little-known Sonic The Hedgehog coloring book. The original had the text from the word-bubbles photoshopped out and replaced with strange, random text:

it should be noted that the use of the word “Nigger” was likely not meant to be explicitly racist here; but was just meant to sound like the worst possible insult Robotnik could come up with.

Recurring themes are Robotnik’s strange sexual references, his free use of the N-word, and his suggestions to his henchmen to complete a task involving “dicks” (e.g. “Climb a wall of dicks”, “Eat a bowl of dicks”), and of course, Robotnik spewing together random obscenities (“Holy cock”, “Bitch shit”, “Yeasty cunt”, “Nigger gallons”).

And yes; the meme caught on with youtube, and has been banned on occasion.
