Due to the much-hyped James Cameron film Avatar, a whole slew of different sites have jumped on the "I want to look like a Naavi" bandwagon.
First, Oddcast developed the avartizeyourself app as a form of viral marketing for a partnership between McDonald's and Avatar on November 29th, 2009. The app allows the user to upload any picture of themselves and see themselves as a blue alien from the movie.
Also there is a gallery in Deviantart enough about photo manipulation made by the same users.
