One liners are short jokes that are usually one sentence in length, so the bad one liners are bad short jokes. This refers to ones Horatio Caine says in CSI and made up one liners.
Origin
Horatio Caine from CSI Miami always has a classic bad one liner at the beginning of the show, this involves him saying one option, putting his sunglasses on, then giving another option. eg. "He is either dead (Puts sunglasses on) or dying"
