This meme is about an enemy in the game Cave Story, created by Pixel. The character, Balrog, would fall from the cealing and shout "Huzzah!". Many people who play the game or have watched Let's Plays on Youtube would notice the meme instantly. Balrog started to gain popularity because of a Let's Player named Deceasedcrab, who took a liking to the character and would quote his famous "Huzzah". Huzzah was simply used to make others aware of your arrival.
