Blair Witch Nose Scene (1999)

The Blair Witch Project is well-known horror film released in July 30th, 1999. In the movie, three film students from travel to the forests of Burkittsvile, Maryland to begin study on the old Burkitsville legend, The Blair Witch, murderer of 7 children, among others. The trip quickly becomes awry for the trio when they are eventually all killed by the Blair Witch. The whole movie is the footage of this 5-day long film experiment.

The most infamous and most parodied scene is a scene in which Heather (one of the students) points the camera up at her face, giving the audience a clear view of her nose (and the inside of said nose). Heather then apologizes for taking everybody out to the forest, and ends up breaking into tears. Despite being a rather sad, scary, and touching scene, it is parodied and made fun of throughout the media.
