This comes from the website Roblox.com. When a user is angry with an admin in particular Telamon. This became more used when they announced the Easter egg hunt of 2010 [Egg2010]. The hunt is infamous since the many problems that occurred (Server crashes, no eggs, non pick able eggs, ect.)This became so popular on the site that the admins seized the opportunity, and made gear for the site avatars. The description on this gear is; "A typical conversation at ROBLOX HQ Brighteyes: "Where's my double hat feature?" Silence… "I blame John." Variations include Blame Erik and Blame Resse.
