cat planet is a meme started by the LPer Raocow's one day LP of "Cat Planet" in which throughout the entire video he repeated the phrase "cat planet". Immediately after the two videos, his fans spammed en masse "cat planet" in the comments constantly. It is generally typed with no capital letters, repeated multiple times, and put at the end of any random comment or post. Some have even started putting it on other videos and forums.

This is a very, very small meme.

There is also a website made based off of it and a various [MAD]'s or synched music. (Some are featured on the website).

Because of Raocow's interests, remixes often include songs from Touhou and many Nintendo games such as Kirby and Mario.

The first part of Raocow's LP of cat planet. It was counted that he said cat planet 82 times in 11 minutes, or 660 seconds, which is about 1 "cat planet" every 8 seconds.

Another small branch of the meme is the "cat planet cirno" started by Chdata on his comment in the above video. He has dedicated a youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/EYEAMCIRNO) to it, colloquially calling the cat planet style Cirno head a "Momeko" which is different than a Yukkuri in that momekos are not entirely stupid and are more simplistic silly cat planet style spontaneous bouncing Touhou heads. The term Momeko is a combination of "Momentai" from Digimon Tamers and "neko".
