The Video
At 8:05 AM a young chilean man goes to the local fast food, and claims to want a "Quarter Pounder with cheese NOW".The manager tells him that the product can't be sold at that time (08:00 AM). Since the schedule for the promotion were nowhere to be seen, the fury of the young man was epic,
The boy continued with his rant and kept striking the counter with both hands repeating on and on his insane tantrum: "Quarter Pounder with Cheese at 850, N-O-W … N-O-W !. "
Minutes later, a police patrol appeared,Despite the officers attempt to talk to the boy, (who's believed to be drunk and drugged) he kept asking for his "Quarter Pounder with Cheese 850, NOW!"
The video, apparently recorded by one of the customers, ends when the local police takes away the angry costumer … but without the "Quarter Pounder with cheese at 850."

The Protagonist
Sebastian Galvez, the 29 year old Chilean commercial engineer who breaks into Mc Donalds claiming for a "Quarter Pounder" said that his claim was due to the nuisance of the promotion not being respected.
He recogniced his lack of control, but insisted that his claim was sustainable and that he had fundations, since the currency of the promotion is not detailed in the schedule. After the "Quarter Pounder man" was scolded by police, he was held at the "Providencia Police Station 19" and then released.
What happened next is worthy of a comedy, as Gálvez returned to order the Book of Complains, NOW!, But again he was turned down, just like the "Quarter Pounder with cheese at 850".
By returning to the fast-food local, he was arrested once again and returned to the police station, but this time the attitude cost him dearly.The young man avoided to spend more time behind bars, but instead was banned from that particular McDonald's for one year ,Gálvez said that he would apologize, since he was very hard on his claim, but due to court order,he won't be able to do it live and direct, let alone, to do it "NOW"
