About
Dans Sexface is an Advice Dog spin-off, featuring an image of a young man smiling, normally accompanied with sexually explicit or perverse words around it. The meme itself is interesting, as it seems to be forced but ended up well accepted on memegenerator compared to other forced memes.
Origin
The meme orginated on http://memegenerator.net first appearing around mid-summer 2010, along with the original image which (as of writing) hasn't been located on its original site. It later made appearences on 4chan and other image boards, though its main appearence is still on memegenerator.net
Spread
Dans Sexface soon spread to 4chan, though its appearence was small and made very little impact. However, several posts on Facebook and other social network sites have featured Dans Sexface, making the meme significantly different to most others, as it had a larger appearence on such sites before or at the same time as most "meme-pits" like 4chan.
