Steve Ballmer's "Dance Monkeyboy Dance" or "Developers Developers Developers" refers to a series of viral videos of Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer acting like a bit of a spaz at a Microsoft event in 2000. Popularized by the geek newsletter <a href="http://www.ntk.net/2001/08/03/
">Need To Know</a> in August 2001, the videos went on to gain mainstream notoriety spawning a number of remixes, parodies, and catchphrases.
