The meme consists of a ferret on a couch going crazy and attacking pillows. The caption reads "fuck this, fuck that, fuck everything" – the meme was created sometime in February or March of 2013.

While the creator of the meme itself is unknown, the original video is of a ferret named Truffles, and was uploaded in July 2009.
While the spread of this meme is currently unknown, a quick google search of one of the .gif urls reveals it has been re-posted on various blogs over 300 times in the last month.
