Origin
The origin of this meme comes from a German movie called “Der Untergang” or in English “Downfall”. There is a scene in which Adolf Hitler yells at his group in his bunker. The movie was positively received (as positive as a Hitler movie can be.)
As far as I know, the first video was called Hitler gets banned from Xbox Live
Usage
The usual set up involves putting subtitles under the scene, stating what Hitler is “saying” in English.
