On May 2 2012, on Curly Brace's Server in Team Fortress 2, a Puerto Rican has joined the server and started spreading the sentence that would rapidly make him popular "I HAYTE YOO".
Curly Brace and Zapporz spreaded the videos on youtube, wich made him popular after getting another video of him by PhunnyNeon.
The meme became popular, but the only notable example has been the following caricature of him :

He also came back in another game from the company VALVe, Left 4 Dead 2
He is still spreading his own meme around Steam.
