Justin Bieber fans vs good music

On youtube and some music sites, within the section “comments” of videos and songs, fans of various bands and musicians use the phrase ‘Justin Bieber fans’ to indicate those who do not appreciate or understand, from their point of view, the value of good music. Often the meme appears in arguments and flames, but is also used alone as a reaction to the mere presence of people who do not “like” the song, or video in question.
