This is a rather new meme whose birth year has yet to be determined. This is using the headless visage of Mario who is able to talk to the player in this game.

It is unknown how this became a meme(well according to me anyways) but it is thought that it became a meme because of all the things Mario tells you. Like for example: Hmmm. Oh. Nice computer you got here. Can I have it? Every quote he says from the game has been parodied at least once in Youtube Poops. There is a very famous Mario Head video on youtube that is the first to come up whenever you type in Mario’s Head. It is called Mario’s Head is Allergic to Chocolate Milk.
