Name dissociation tends to be applied only to Fruit and Vegetables. However it can also be done to almost anything, for example "cheeksburgular" is an example of a cheeseburger. No ones quite sure which was the first, or why it was created. This meme is an example of an un-explainable humour. Something you immediately laugh at without quite knowing why.
