It is often used by male friends talking to each other nicely, to show that they dont mean it in a gay way.
The Expression itself was inventen in 2010. PDQ means Pas De Q, and refers to a “friend” of the memes author, whom he suspected to be gay because of never making out with a girl in his whole life.
The Family name of this friend eveloped to a synonyme for being gay..so he and his friends used the expression “pas de q” whenever they wanted to show their hetero sexuality
