The Meme
A picture of someone holding a type of camera is accompanied with someone saying "He's got an RPG!" or "He's got an AK-47!". This is in reference to a video of US soldiers in an apache helicopter gunning down several people in Iraq. It is believed that the soldiers mistake a camera for an RPG (rocket propelled grenade) and receive permission to open fire on the civilians.

4chan makes a thread posting pictures of people with camera with text saying "He's got an RPG!" and "Engage!".
