This image surfaced late July on Buzzfeed.com and various other sites. The image then because used on image boards as a "pic not related" image, or as an "interruption" image; "Here's Shaq holding a panda". For example, it would be used in the same manner as, "Here's a bunny with a pancake on its head".

"Niggers think they're ballers. Niggers got their rope gold, their grills, their rocks, but they ain't got no mother fucking panda. But look at this right here, Shaq's gots a panda. That shit is from China yo. Ya'll niggers ain't got nuttin' on Shaq."
