Short-lived Youtube Fads are (Usually forced) fads that become popular among Youtube Poopers for a short period of time. They are so numerous that the collection of SLYFs has become one big fad of its own. Most of them have the word “fad” in there name which makes them easily detectable. They are often simple and easy to make.

SLYFs are usually started by a popular Youtube Pooper or when one joins one. The intent of the one who starts it is usually to see how popular it gets. In some cases, it’s completely by accident.
